12:30 Boston vs. Philadelphia OR Washington vs. Pittsburgh

February 12
12:30 Washington vs. NY Rangers OR Philadelphia vs. Detroit OR Tampa Bay vs. Pittsburgh OR Los Angeles vs. Dallas
February 19 (Possible Hockey Day in America?)
12:30 Pittsburgh vs. Buffalo OR San Jose vs. Detroit
3:00 St. Louis vs. Chicago OR Boston vs. Minnesota
March 4
12:30 Boston vs. NY Rangers OR Chicago vs. Detroit OR Philadelphia vs. Washington OR Colorado vs. Minnesota
March 11
12:30 Los Angeles vs. Chicago OR Boston vs. Pittsburgh OR NY Islanders vs. NY Rangers

TBD Washington vs. NY Rangers OR Philadelphia vs. Pittsburgh OR Chicago vs. Detroit
Based on this, I would say March 4th (My birthday) would be HDIA! When will they release the NBC/Versus schedule??
Also Winter Classic is listed as 1pm.
Doubt they’re picking Col/Min on March 4th, because that would mean starting the game in the AM Minnesota time.
Oh – same with LA/Dal on February 12th.
Super Bowl Sunday is February 5th and NBC has that game. Last time they had the Super Bowl I believe that week was skipped for hockey.
A perfectly reasonable argument, to which I respond with a perfectly reasonable argument: Washington always has the SB home date, but why would both WSH and NY waste marquee home dates and rivalries on Super Bowl Sunday otherwise?
Boston will be on ALOT!!! Any team that drove the Final rating to a record deserves it.
During the new deal, did theyy say how many games NBC would be doing?? Or anything about possibly doing regional/nationals doubleheaders? I know they said 90 Versus games (All of which are supposed to be exclusive right??) and over 100 games which would mean at least 10 NBC games.
Also maybe Versus will do some more doubleheaders? Look at Monday November 7th. 2 games that night, Isles/Bruins @ 7 (VS Exclusive) and they can use the CSN feed for Kings @ Sharks @ 10:30. Plenty of examples of similar situations that would be great for this.
Also looks like HDIC will be on Feb. 11th but they don’t have Winnipeg with a game that day. So it looks like they won’t be involved..
VERSUS has promised no more CSN feeds starting this year.
Damn it, I actually like the Sharks feed.
Of course, that could be true only because CSN won’t be CSN by October… 🙂 it’ll be NBC SportsNet (whatever). 🙂
Also, Saturday January 12 CHI-DET is at 12:30pm ET. I can’t see why it would be a 12:30pm game unless it is on NBC. it makes sense because there are NFL games that Sunday (but none on NBC unless the lockout pushes everything back a week).
Also, Saturday January 14 CHI-DET is at 12:30pm ET. I can’t see why it would be a 12:30pm game unless it is on NBC. it makes sense because there are NFL games that Sunday (but none on NBC unless the lockout pushes everything back a week).
Will NBC actually be carrying 12 regular season games now with the addition of Thanksgiving and the double header for hockey day in America?
