Washington at Montreal – The game at Olympic Stadium – Saturday, November 28th
Boston at Montreal – The Habs’ Official 100th Birthday – Saturday, December 4th
Yes I’m a biased Habs fan 😛 but they are worthy of mention.
I’m sure the Caps-Habs game at Olympic Stadium will be on NHL Network as long as HNIC is still simulcast here in the States. Your right about the B’s-Habs though.
My mistake on the December 4th game. It is a Friday night game.
Why doesn’t Versus already do weekend games? It doesn’t make any sense to me. What else do they air on the weekend? Nothing.
They should be doing saturday games every other week.
Probably competition with college football/basketball in general, plus Saturday is the lowest rated night of the week across the board. It’s not just the sports per se, but also the sheer quantity of games that day/night.
NHL Network simulcasts the CBC games, with Center Ice picking up the regional game if there is one.
Do we know FOR SURE that the NHL Network is picking up the HNIC package again?
does anyone know if the Habs-Caps game on Nov 28 is definitely going to be played at Olympic Stadium? THere is nothing on NHL.com indicating this?
