NBC Sports Network Continues Good Wednesday Numbers with Rangers-Sabres

The NHL on NBC Sports Network has drawn really good numbers for games on Wednesday this season, a tradition that continued after last week’s Detroit-Montreal blowout.
The network’s broadcast of Rangers-Sabres drew 478,000 viewers, the best numbers for a regular season game on NBCSN since January 11th’s Penguins-Capitals game. The shootout thriller is, on record, the seventh most-watched game of the year on VERSUS/NBC Sports Network.
The network was a little less successful with their Capitals-Lightning overtime game coming right out of the break on Tuesday, which drew 264,000 viewers.
