A Few points////
HNIC always gets good ratings for Leafs games so it’s no surprise they give them as much air time as they do…
If Versus were to call an exclusive on Ocotber 1, I presume these games would air on NHL Center Ice… Also NHL Net has only showed Saturday night HNIC games…. Oct 1 is a Thursday….
CBC will have I believe 5 other games (might be 7) airing on non-Saturday nights. Last year Thursdays seemed to be the magic day for extra games. I think CBC also will have 2 games on Dec 23 (even though it is TSN Wednesday).
Where did you hear that? It seems odd to me that TSN would let CBC show games on Wednesday. I’m not doubting you, it just seems odd.
One of CBC’s non-Saturday night games will almost certainly be Boston-Montreal on Friday December 4. That same matchup should also be on CBC on Super Bowl Sunday.
I suspect for October 10th you mean Penguins at Toronto rather than Tampa Bay?
