NBC Adds Flyers/Sharks for Tuesday Doubleheader

NBC Sports Network is flexing a game onto it’s airwaves for the second time in a month, and once again the game involves the San Jose Sharks.
The Sharks will host the Philadelphia Flyers on Tuesday at 10:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN. The game will be blacked out in Philly and San Jose on the channel, and presumably the network will use one of the CSN feeds to broadcast it, as both teams use CSN channels to televise games.
The game will be the first for both teams after the NHL Trade Deadline, and both have been rumored as contenders in the Rick Nash sweepstakes. In addition to it being a battle of good teams from both conferences, there is certainly an appeal to possibly seeing a new member of one of these clubs.
NBC Sports Network Tuesday Schedule
7:00 NHL Live
7:30 Los Angeles vs. Minnesota
10:00 NHL Live
10:30 Philadelphia vs. San Jose
1:00 NHL Live
Interesting. In Philadelphia, the Flyers/Sharks game has been relegated to “The Comcast Network” , due to the 1,2,3,4,5,Sixers airing on CSN.
I’m curious which of the feeds that they’ll use or someone could think out of the box and actually combine the teams of announcers.
