Milbury to Return to CBC on New Year's Eve

Mike Milbury won’t face charges of throttling a 12-year-old, so he expects to be back on NBC and CBC ASAP.

Hockey Night In Canada confirms that Mike Milbury will be back on the air with them on New Year’s Eve.

I spoke to Sam Flood from NBC Sports on Wednesday, and he told me that Jeremy Roenick would be replacing Mike’s position at the Winter Classic. Now that things have cleared up for Mike, we’ll see if that changes, I’ve asked the good folks at NBC, but with it being so close to the holidays we may be awaiting an answer next week. I wouldn’t be shocked if you see Milbury back on VERSUS by Monday or at latest in the new year, though.
