New York (December 16, 2010) – The replay schedule for Episode 1 of 24/7 Penguins/Capitals: Road to the NHL Winter Classic is as follows:

HBO playdates: Dec. 16 (midnight), 17 (10:00 p.m., 8:00 p.m.), 18 (10:30 a.m., 11:15 p.m.), 19 (9:00 a.m.) and 20 (5:00 p.m., 1:20 a.m.)
HBO2 playdates: Dec. 19 (11:50 p.m.), 21 (8:00 p.m.), 28 (2:00 p.m.) and 30 (1:30 p.m.)
HBO On Demand® availability begins: Dec. 20
Head Coaches Bruce Boudreau (Washington) and Dan Bylsma (Pittsburgh) along with a host of key players, including Alex Ovechkin of the Caps and Sidney Crosby of the Pens are introduced, as the two clubs begin to battle through their busy December schedules.
Ensuing episodes of 24/7 PENGUINS/CAPITALS: ROAD TO THE NHL WINTER CLASSIC debut on subsequent Wednesdays – Dec. 22 and 29 and Jan. 5 – at 10:00 p.m., with an immediate encore play at 11:00 p.m.

Steve– Do you know if this will ever be released on dvd?
Not having a television set, I thought that I’d have to wait till the dvd comes out. But it looks like “Hard Knocks” still isn’t out on dvd, so maybe they don’t release their sports series programming?
It’s one thing to watch hockey games in the bar–actually it’s convivial. But I don’t think I can go into my local and ask them to turn on HBO and put up the volume….
