who? for who? and who are these “Atlanta” Flames? is that like the Calgary team? Imagine that concept, a team moving out of the hockey-ignorant southern USA to the hockey hot-bed of Canada.
I think we can all remember where we were when we heard about this trade!!
I love how this is the Versus This Day in History, considering that May 25, 1994 was the day Mark Messier guaranteed a Rangers win and picked up the hat trick.
It’s also the same date as Trevor Linden and Joe Sakic scoring hat tricks against each other. The last one until Crosby and Ovechkin did it a few weeks back.
